The term “cookie” is, according to the definition of the CNIL, “a small file stored by a server in the terminal (computer, telephone, etc.) of a user and associated with a web domain (i.e. in the majority of cases with all the pages of the same website). This file is automatically sent back during subsequent contacts with the same domain.
It covers “all traces deposited and/or read, for example, when consulting a website, reading an e-mail, installing or using a software or mobile application”.

We use cookies for the purposes described in Articles 3.1 and 3.2.

3. What cookies are used and for what purpose?

The staging-lodago-stagingvideo.kinsta.cloud website contains operational cookies which are used to ensure that you have access to all the features of the site. These cookies cannot be deactivated. All operational cookies and their purposes are described in article 3.1.
There are also non-operational cookies on the staging-lodago-stagingvideo.kinsta.cloud website that help us optimize your online experience and carry out market research.

3.1 Operational cookies

Purpose: These cookies help us better understand our audience. They provide information about you such as your gender, age, location (city and country) and interests.

o Cookies to measure the performance of our website

Purpose: These cookies help us to measure our performance, based in particular on your behaviour towards our content, and on the acquisition and conversion generated by our content.

o Advertising cookies

Purpose: Advertising cookies collect information that will help us deliver the right ad to the right person. We rely on information about our audience (gender, age, approximate location, interests, website interaction and browsing patterns).

Purpose: When you share our content on your social networks, we associate the account on the social network used for sharing with your user profile. This allows us to see which social networks our users like, and also to learn more about your interests.

o Audience data:

Gender, age range, IP of the device used, type of device used, operator service, language set on the device, browser used, currency used, interests, behaviour towards on-site content, arrival channel, session time, arrival page, exit page.

o Acquisition data :

In-depth traffic study: inbound channels, number of visits over a given period, conversion rate, bounce rate, number of pages per session, session time, time spent on each page visited, behaviour towards a display campaign, keywords used, searches made with the search bar, click-through rate, email marketing open rate, number of subscriptions to our newsletter.

5. How long do you keep the data collected through cookies?

All cookies used on staging-lodago-stagingvideo.kinsta.cloud are kept for a maximum of 13 months. At the end of this period, all personal data collected is completely erased.

 

5.1 Retention period for operational cookies

Most cookies are session cookies, i.e. they are deleted when you leave our website staging-lodago-stagingvideo.kinsta.cloud. Some cookies are active for a longer period: between 1 day and 13 months. No individual information is kept beyond 13 months: at the end of this period all personal data collected is completely deleted. We only keep group data, for example, out of 1000 visitors, 230 people live in France.

5.2 Retention period for non-operational cookies

The data collected through non-operational cookies is kept for a maximum of 13 months. After 13 months, all data collected is completely deleted.

 

6. Why may the data collected be shared with a third party?

Personal data may be shared with third party recipients for the following reasons:

o In response to your request
o In situations where the processing requires the expertise of other companies (legitimate interest, e.g. to enhance security)
